Drop balls have decreased to one or two a season.- Tennis ball squeeze 25-30 times a day.- Wrist Rolls 30 seconds a day. (Each hand)- Globe trotter drill behind the back 30 seconds a day. Both directions.- Globe trotter drill between the legs 30 seconds a day. Both directions in a figure "8".- Squeeze and drop 30 seconds a day.- A combination of the last four 3 times each.
